We want every purchase to feel like a flavor pop. If something isn’t right, let us fix it. This policy explains when you can return an item, request a replacement, or receive a refund.

4. How to Start a Return

Email recipes@flavorpopkitchen.com with “Return Request” in the subject.

Include order number, item, and reason.

We’ll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label (U.S. orders) or return instructions.
Tip: For damaged goods, attach clear photos so we can speed-approve the refund or send a replacement.
5. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Bank or card processors may take 3-10 days to post the credit.

If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund is returned as store credit.
6. Exchanges

We’ll ship the new item once the original is scanned by the carrier.
7. International Orders

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
8. Digital Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our recipes and guides. If you’re not delighted, email recipes@flavorpopkitchen.com within 7 days—tell us why, and we’ll issue store credit or refund, provided the digital file hasn’t been downloaded more than once.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
